If you transact on the Platform, you shall be subject to the policies that are applicable to the Platform for such a transaction. If user decides to commence business with Vaishnavika again, they will not be able to create a new account, but the older account can be restored if required.
Vaishnavika is a platform that users utilize to independently service, meet, and interact with one another for their transactions. Vaishnavika is not and cannot be a party to any transaction or dispute between users on the Platform.
Vaishnavika makes no representation that the material on the mobile app is appropriate or available for use in other locations/countries other than India. Those who choose to access the mobile app from other locations/countries other than India do so on their own initiative and Vaishnavika is not responsible for supply of products or services/refund for the products or services ordered from other locations/countries other than India and compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable.
